Payment for coinsurance or deductible

Evaluation with Clinician

Physical Evaluation from one of our Clinicians
Treatment Plan for an appropriate Prosthetic or Orthotic device
Question and answer session with your clinician to ensure you understand your Treatment Plan

Delivery

Follow Up

Depending on your Treatment Plan and Insurance requirements, you might receive your Prosthetic or Orthotic device same day. If not, we will schedule an appointment for you to come back when your device is ready and approved by Insurance.

Follow Up

We are happy to answer any questions you have about your new device and will see you for adjustments or fine tuning as needed. We are always here to help.
